JAAI (Japan Auto Appraisal Institute) is a government-approved inspection body that certifies used vehicles before export. It checks condition, mileage, emissions, and safety.

A bureau is an official inspection agency (like JAAI or JAVIC) that checks a vehicle’s condition before export. Their certificate is required to import vehicles legally into Sri Lanka.

Yes. We always provide the original auction sheet showing the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and any damages, so you can make an informed decision.

We provide the original Japanese auction sheet and inspection report (from JAAI or JAVIC), which confirm the genuine mileage of the vehicle before export.

We primarily import vehicles from Japan, and also offer selected imports from Europe and Thailand, based on availability and Sri Lankan import regulations.

We advise you based on the latest tax rules. Choosing low-engine capacity (under 1000cc) or hybrid vehicles can significantly reduce your import duties.

From bidding to delivery in Sri Lanka, the process typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on shipping schedules and port clearance times.

Payments are made in two parts:

  1. Auction price + Insurance + shipping  (paid to our partner in Japan)

  2. Sri Lankan taxes and clearing charges (paid to customs and clearing agents)

We will provide full cost breakdowns before you commit.

Yes. After customs clearance, we’ll assist you with the RMV registration process and number plate issuance.

While used vehicle imports don’t carry a formal warranty, we ensure your vehicle is inspected, damage-free, and matches the auction report.

JAVIC (Japan Vehicle Inspection Company) is another certified inspection agency. Their reports verify roadworthiness, ensuring vehicles meet Sri Lankan import standards.

Auction grades are ratings (e.g., Grade 4, 3.5, R) given by Japanese auction houses to describe a vehicle’s condition. Grade 5 / 4.5 = Like new Grade 4 = Very good condition Grade 3 / 3.5 = Fair, with minor wear Grade R / RA = Repaired or accident history We usually recommend Grade 4 and above for best quality.

Auction inspection is done by the auction house before the sale.
JAAI or JAVIC inspections are official pre-export inspections required by countries like Sri Lanka. Both serve different purposes, but we provide both reports for full transparency.

You can verify the authenticity of inspection certificates (like JEVIC, JAAI, or other bureau reports) by visiting their official websites and entering your vehicle’s chassis number.
These sites will show the inspection details and confirm if the certificate is valid.

✅ Example:

We always provide the original inspection certificate and guide you on how to verify it online.
